Instruction To Use:
Surface Preparation
- Meticulous Cleaning: Employ a thorough cleaning process to remove all dirt and contaminants from the surface. Ensure no residual particles remain that could hinder the polishing process.
- Product Application: Measure and apply 20 to 40 grams of the product per square meter (approximately 1-2 tablespoons).
Polishing Process:
- Hydration and Consistency: Utilize a mister to evenly dampen the applied product with water until it reaches a creamy consistency. This optimizes the polishing action.
- Polishing Technique: Select either a traditional polishing machine or a single buff machine. Employ a continuous and steady motion to buff the creamy product onto the surface.
- Sectional Polishing: For a uniform finish, focus on polishing 2-3 square meters at a time. This method allows for better control and consistency.
- Maintaining Moisture: To counteract water evaporation caused by friction during buffing, periodically mist the surface with water. This ensures the product remains creamy for optimal polishing.
- Drying and Inspection: As the surface dries, a high-gloss finish will become evident. Carefully inspect the area to ensure a uniform shine. Reapply and buff if necessary to achieve the desired level of gloss.
