How to Use:
- For optimal results, ensure your surface is completely dry and free of any contaminants. Contaminants can impede the bonding process and reduce the effectiveness of VION NANO GUARD. Clean the surface thoroughly using a suitable cleaning agent, following the manufacturer's instructions. Allow the surface to dry completely before proceeding.
- VION NANO GUARD can be applied using a high-quality paintbrush, lint-free cotton cloth, microfiber mop, or low-pressure sprayer for larger areas. When using a sprayer, ensure a uniform mist is applied. Apply a sufficient amount of product to allow for even absorption into the material, but avoid saturating the surface. Over-saturation can lead to a longer drying time and potential runoff.
- After a dwell time of 15-20 minutes, gently buff away any excess product using a clean, absorbent cloth. This ensures a uniform coating and optimal protection. To ensure thorough coverage and maximum protection, a second application is recommended once the initial layer has cured (typically within 10-15 minutes).
- Following application, allow the treated surface to cure completely for 24 hours before foot traffic is resumed. This allows the product to fully cure and bond to the surface for maximum effectiveness.
