- Isolation and Protection: Prior to application, isolate the stained area to prevent unintended product contact with surrounding surfaces. Utilize masking tape to create a precise border around the stain.
- Product Application: Apply VION VN-150 directly onto the stain, ensuring complete coverage of the affected area. A moderate, even layer is sufficient.
- Occlusion and Curing: For optimal stain removal, create a controlled environment around the treated area. Employ a transparent plastic cover to enclose the stain and product entirely. Seal the perimeter of the plastic cover securely with masking tape to prevent product evaporation and ensure proper concentration on the stain. This occlusive environment allows VION VN-150 to work more effectively.
- Treatment Duration: The recommended treatment time for VION VN-150 is 24 hours. This timeframe allows the product to penetrate deeply and interact thoroughly with the stain components. However, it's crucial to consult the product's specific instructions for any deviations or adjustments based on the stain type or severity.
- Monitoring and Removal: Following the designated treatment period, carefully remove the plastic cover and masking tape. Observe the treated area to assess the stain removal progress. If the stain persists partially, a repeat application with a fresh layer of VION VN-150 and another 24-hour treatment cycle might be necessary.
